Imgtools - manipulate Tk photo images

Imgtools is a C extension to Tk that provides functionality to transform and manipulate photo images.

Features of the current release:

• Scale images by any factor
• Rotate images
• Modify alpha channel
• Get transparency information from an image
• Apply a transparency mask to an image
• Interpolation methods: nearest neighbor, linear, bicubic (Catmull-Rom) and lanczos
• Create color gradients
